God is not Evil
Hey, This is my first teaching so don't judge too harshly please. Okay let's look at Ephesians 2:1-3. It reads:
And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2. Wherein in time past ye walked according to the corse of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3. Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
You know we are all born sinners. I was born a sinner. You were born a sinner. Everyone was born a sinner. You may say "I'm a good person. I don't sin." really? Did someone teach you how to lie? Did your parents sit you down one day and said "Okay Tim, we are going to teach you how to lie." I don't think so.
I had to babysit for a couple at our church. They have two kids. One of them is a little boy named Ethan, and he is about four years

Good Day
My day was a great day. I woke up and had my devotional. I walked outside and the dog I don't like came by and took my house shoe.
I got dressed and poured a big bowl of cereal and found that there was no milk. I went to work and everyone was invited to Carol's birthday party except for me.
I got home adn some idiot crashed their car through my garrage door. The car was still there but the person was gone. The tow truck people said they would move it three days from now.
I walked in the house and triped on my own two feet and did a face plant on the wooden floor. I burned my dinner. I got toothpast in my eye. I slamed head first into the door. My television broke.
Even after all that, I am still in a good mood. Jesus is in my life and that is all I need for a day to be a good day.
You can have good days too. You just have to leave everything to God and you will still feel peace... even in the middle of a storm.

Mirror
I hate the way I look
I stare at the mirror and all I see are faults
I looked and from head to toe I shook
I sometimes think I'm ok then I look up and all of my previous feelings halt
I am no beauty, everyone agrees
All the others make fun of me
They make fun of my my hair, the way i sneeze
My clothes, my braces, my glasses, every part of my body
Even the mirror tells me so
I look and see nothing but the bad side
My ugliness is just a common thing to know
The way people talk about me just makes want to go and hide
Then some one came up next to me
"Why do you not like the way you look?"
I looked at Him and said, "I'm just not pretty?"
He stood next to me and took
Hold ofmy hand and said, "Who told you that you weren't pretty?"
"Just look at me, everyone says so."
"Are you stubborn, proud, mean or witty?"
I looked down and simply said, "no."
"Then my dear," He lifted my face
"You aren't ugly. You're gentle and kind,
You care for others, you're full of grace,
These things make you pretty

Saved
I lay on the ground weeping my heart out. I have been through so much that I finally just started to boil over. Then he came up to me.
"You can't escape me." he said kicking me in the stomach. "You are a wretch that God will never accept now. I have you into drugs, beer, prostitution, lying, murder, and so many more. I have you caught in a web so deep that you are stuck with me forever."
I knew that he was right. I have been a puppet to him all my life. He controled my every move. From running away at the age of 15, to my life now, every cigarette, drug, beer, and pleasure I have been through was just hurting me more and more. The worst part of all was that I have pushed away the only one that could help me. There was no way He could ever forgive me. I wish so deep in my heart that He would.
Just then, I heard someone say, "I will always accept you." Then some one walked in and the one who stood above me began to flee. the one that waled in helped me up and held me in his arms. I began

How Jesus Saved my Life
I stood at the edge of the sky scraper roof
To jump and end my horrible life
Ever since I was born, i was nothing but a big goof
It all started with my dad and his wife
I would not call her mom, for my mom was dead
She was in a car wreck when I was a baby
My dad didn't care, he just got a new wife instead
I gave her a chance, she could be good, maybe
But was I ever more wrong
Her heart was shear black
She would hide from dad how wicked she was all along
She had her own torture chamer in a small shack
She took me there many a time
I would beg for mercy, and scream, and shout
She would just ignore me, and continue on this terrible crime
This continued on for years, and still, this torment, my dad knew nothing about
Well it is now time for this pitiful struggle to end
I have said all my goodbyes to everyone
To my dad, teachers, cousin, and my very best friend
I will miss them all, but it is time my afterlife has begun
I was about to jump when I heard someone yell "wait!"
I turned to see a

Have you ever heard the phrase, "The only certainties in life are death and taxes"? Ouch. It's certainly not very positive. But, the thought behind it is pretty true, right? Let's be honest: No amount of botox, tummy tucks, facelifts, and wrinkle cream can hold off death. It's inevitable, right? No matter how people try to fight it, we all age and grow old. And eventually - hopefully after a long fruitful life - we die. Taxes are about as final. Ask your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, anyone who is old enough to pay taxes what would happen if they were to say, "You know what? I'm not paying any taxes this year." They would find themselves on the wrong end of the IRS. There is simply no choice when it comes to these two things.
But why does such a hopeless statement have a place in the vocabulary of our culture? It comes from a place of skepticism. We've simply been burned too many times. Do jobs last forever? Nope. Do marriages? Sadly, many don't. How about friendships? Unfortun

"You're just a kid. You'll understand when you grow up."
Anyone ever say something like that to you? Bet it ticked you off, didn't it? Sure, there are things to learn, but that doesn't mean you're clueless. It's good to admit that you always have room to grow and learn, respecting people older than you; but you already have a pretty good grasp on some things. And here's the real kicker: sometimes beong young is an advantage in matters of faith. You have less to lose, less wories, and less experience to jade you and kill your optimism and hopefulness. You believe that the world can be changed. And it can.
1 Timothy 4:12-16:
Let nno man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 'Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. Have you ever been in the presence of someone amazing? That girl or guy you've got a crush on? A celebrity or athlete? Someone famouse, influential or admired? Most of us have had times in our lives when we've met somebody and simply felt overwhelmed, not knowing what to do or say. We were dumbfounded in his or her company; nothing seemed worthy of mention. After all, what could we possibly say or do that would seem as significant as he or she were in our eyes. So we do one of two things: The first option is to remain in silent awe, soaking in every moment. The second option is to try and force a response - one that is probably an embarrassing and bumbling attempt to interact with this lofty personality. Don't you wish you just knew how to act in those situations?
Have you ever felt that way about God? Like you don't know how to interact with Him? Like He is so otherworldly that He couldn't possibly relate to your life or care about you? Well fortunately, God proves over and over in Sc

And behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour? And Jesus answering said, A certian man went down from Jerusalem to Jerico, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. And by chance there came down a certian priest that way: and he saw him, he passed by on the other side. And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came

Genesis ch 1
Genesis chapter 1 King James Version
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth: and the gathering together of the waters called He Seas: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb

ALEPH
Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies and that seek him in whole heart. They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways. Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently. O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes! Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto thy commandments. I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgements. I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes. With my lips have I declared all the judgements of thy mouth. Acts 12 1 to 17
Acts 12 1 to 17 King James Version
Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hand to vex certain of the church. And he killed James the brother of John with the sword. And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.) And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people. Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him. And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison. And behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands. Job King James Version
There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters. His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east. And his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them. And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all; for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually. Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among

Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.) Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whome thou lovest is sick. When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. Now Jesus loved Marhta, and her sister, and Lazarus. When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was. Then after that saith he to his disciples, Let us go into Judea again. His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again? Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? Mommy
I am olny 8 inches long
but I have all of my organs.
I love the sound of your voice.
Everytime I hear it
I wave my arms and legs.
The sound of your heartbeat
is my favorite lullaby.

Month 2
Mommy
today I learned how to suck my thumb
If you could see me
you could definately tell that I am a baby.
I am not big enough to survive outside my home though.
It is so nice and warm in here.

Month 3
You know what Mommy
I'm a boy!!!
I hope that makes you happy.
I always want you to be happy.
I don't like it when you cry.
You sound so sad.
It makes me sad too
and I cry with you even though
you can't hear me.

Month 4
Mommy
my hair is starting to grow.
It is very short and fine
but I will have a lot of it.
I spend a lot of my time exercising.
I can turn my head and curl my fingers and toes
and stretch my arms and legs.
I am becoming quite good at it too.

Month 5
You went to the doctor today.
Mommy he lied to you.
He said that I'm not a baby.
I am a baby Mommy, your baby.
I think and feel.
Mommy, what's abortion?

Month 6
I can hear that doctor again.
I don't like him.
He seems cold and heartless.
Somethin is intruding my home.
The doctor called it a needle.
Mommy what is it? It burns!
Please make him stop!
I can't get away from it!
Mommy! HELP me!

Month 7
Mommy
I am okay.
I am in Jesus's arms.
He is holding me.
He told me about abortion.
Why didn't you want me Mommy?

Every Abortion Is Just...
One more heart that was stopped.
Two more eyes that will never see.
Two more hands that will never touch.
Two more legs that will never run.
One more mouth that will never speak.

If you are against abortion, re-post this.

God saw you getting tired,

And a cure was not to be.

So He put His arms around you

And whispered "Come to Me."

With tearful eyes we watched you,

And saw you pass away.

Although we loved you dearly,

We couldn't make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating,

Hard working hands at rest.

God broke our hearts to prove to us,

He only takes the best.

A teenage girl about 17 named Diane had gone to visit some friends one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than planned, and had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a small town and she only lived a few blocks away.

As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a shortcut to her house, she decided to take it. However, half way down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped round her, she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past the man and arrived home safely.

The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just 20 minutes after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she'd be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told that he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curios as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly, whether you believe or not, you're never alone. Did you know that 98 of people will not stand up for God, and 93 of the poeple that read this wont repost it?

Repst this if you truely believe in God.

PS: God is always there in your heart and He loves you no matter what, and if you stand up 4 Him He will stand up 4 you.

Sorry I haven't been on in a while guys. Life is getting a little busy and I hardly had time to get on the computer let alone write poems.

So my grandparents have been needing more help on their little farm they have going on so I have been helping out with that, mom has been needing help with chores (Even though she already gives me more than half of the chores done at the house). I will do my best to get a poem up soon, but I am not making any promises.

Thank you for understanding.
